There's nothing to see here, I'm sure she was just resisting arrest. He was probably afraid for his life and had no choice.

He was not charged with rape. The police officer who raped the rape victim was not charged with rape.

It's because the crimes he was charged with are more serious and carry heavier sentences.
Which is frankly retarded. Point blank, if law is enacted to make killing Cops a hate crime, then I want to see equal laws enacted for the opposite side. Lets impose longer sentencing and higher restitution on cops who get caught breaking the law. |
