I may be wrong about this but haven't they discontinued the penalty for not buying and even more importantly the subsidies to help paying for insurance off the exchanges?

If they have it will kill the ACA and if they have they own it...it is Trumpcare. Anybody know?

Through an "executive order" that is both symbolic and at least vaguely substantive, Trump directed federal workers to make the law less of a burden to businesses and consumers, possibly by slashing or reducing penalties.
