No plastic rice in Nigeria, says NAFDAC

quote [ The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) on Thursday said laboratory result of the suspected fake rice showed that the product was not plastic but rice contaminated with micro organisms. ]

I thought it looked way to perfect. Just not worth the expense to make such a convincing fake. As I previously said, if it was plastic, there'd be easier/cheaper ways to make a buck off it. But passing off contaminated rice as safe? Sure that's a no brainer.

Yeah, one of the things that make them suspicious was that it got sticky when cooked. Um. Have they ever cooked rice before?
