Yes, I'm throwing our resident troll a bone here. Not that I agree with numbers' beliefs, to be clear, but because of the above reason.
Interestingly, I haven't heard anyone on either side reference this case when talking about the NC law, even though (or perhaps because) it predates this whole debate by several years. One bad apple etc., but we can't claim this "never happens" because it clearly did at least once.

To the degree there is a new argument in your post (albeit drowning in spittle) it would appear to be:
“You make it out to be that 6 year old girls will be in some communal shower with a man.”

That is a very large part of my argument. And to point out the thumpingly obvious, it’s true:
Woman’s communal shower/change facilities are commonplace throughout North America.
These spaces are currently divided by sex not age –moms and daughters and grandmothers use the same facility, with other moms and daughters, grandmothers, etc.
These new laws allow men (Think of big ol’ Bruce Jenner, minus the bunny suit) full access to the very same spaces that prepubecent girls use as locker rooms and showers.
That is what you are advocating.
