The rep for naughty America took exception to the use of the word deepfakes and this is kinda why. They are using the tech used in deepfakes to personalize porn. So you would commission a pornstar to be in your room, or have yourself overlayed on a pornstar. So part of the process is signing consent. Like arrowhen alluded to, the wrinkle will be if signing off on doing Backdoor Vixens 49 means you signed off on your footage from those scenes are fair game to be deepfaked into some dudes houseboat boudoir.
