Wayback archive of his website, with stuff about how he was suing the Capital Gazette. I'm not sure since it's deranged sounding, but I think his whole anger at them stems from a comment of his being deleted from one of their papers in 2011.

Note that the user picture on the twitter account there is of Eric Hartley, not Ramos. The account is supposed to be attacking Hartley. Apparently Ramos also created another fake account for I presume the judge in his lawsuit? I don't know what the weird symbol he superimposed on their foreheads is or the significance of "Frnd" at the end of the twitter names.
