Is this the third party ultimatum?

quote [ Bernie Forces Ask Clinton And Top Democrats To Recommit To Cutting Superdelegates

"We believe that the passage of these reforms is a fundamental and necessary step," reads the draft of a letter from Jeff Weaver, a top Sanders adviser ]

Is the Democratic party an open and a (Small D)democratic party ...or not?

Democrats Are Considering Dropping Superdelegates Altogether

The measure would go a step beyond the Clinton-Sanders Unity Commission proposals to change the superdelegate system. An “absurd and undemocratic idea,” one DNC member said in a memo to party leaders.

They will never give away power...2018 is how you take it...the same way they did when they took power away from the East Coast Liberals in the late 1990's. Beet em at the polls.

If the Dems were still the party of the new deal I'd say no big deal, but as they are not,

kinda hit the nail on the head..that is what this 2020 race is all about.

Bernie is out testing the water...Sen. Bernie Sanders talks politics with Al Sharpton

Trying to see in this case does he have a chance with black voters his shortfall last time.

There are several others trying to raise their profile, Bidden...Corey Booker...Martin O'Malley making a trip to New Hampshire...and a host of others sticking their toe in the water.

This post is about do the Dems stack the deck against progressives in 2020. The answer is what happens in 2018...if the do OK yes they will try and stack the Deck...but if progressives come out in force no the won't...simple as that.
