Silicon Valley isn't a bunch of libertarians who've discovered European social values. It's a bunch of emotionally-stunted entitled jackasses who think being a grown-ass adult means no one ever tells you what to do. Or as someone once put it, "SF tech culture is focused on solving one problem: What is my mother no longer doing for me?"

Personally im gratefull. I use both uber and lift to earn extra income when im not at working my current gig or in between projects, and since i don't go home anymore i just rent it out on air bnb. So now..... wait a minute....
