And, on a related topic, communication from the FOIA office at the USDA Agricultural Research Service pretty much terminated with the new administration. In a year or two, I imagine I'll receive e-mails apologizing for their delay due to "heavy workload", and to please reply by last week if I am "still interested" in the records...
