Worse than that ... if you didn't agree to pay the $3K then you had to hire a lawyer to fight Prenda Law ... and most any lawyer is going to want at least $3K up front for a case like this.
I know because it happened to me. Tenant at the brothel fell for a Prenda Law honey trap and the internet account for the building was in my name. I was sending $100/month to Prenda until they got ruled against in court, then I stopped. A few months later they were shutdown. |
