If you honestly believe soldiers aren't gonna fuck, you are fucked in the head. Kudos to them for directing the troops to a handful of places, which makes them safer.

My granddad was given a guide to the brothels of Cairo when he arrived in Egypt to fight WW2. Knowing the etiquette in a foreign land is vital to not getting into trouble. This is not a new thing, and it doesn't warrant the level of pearl clutching on display here.
