I am pretty sure a gay atheist helped win World War II by cracking the enigma code. Also, calling Nazis atheist is sort of funny. I am pretty sure believing in pagan bullshit is not atheist. Nor is "non-denominational Christian."
Also, trying to turn Hitler into Jesus is pretty not-so-atheist either. But sure, just because the nazis allowed atheist to be party members (but not serve in the SS) they clearly represent atheism in all ways. |

It also totally dismisses Atheist/Eastern USSR's role in WW2. It's just so dumb. So dumb.

Oh you mean literally dying in the millions to try and stop a race war? Stalin was a fucking monster, and atheist. These things are fact. However, without him WW2 would be a different story.
We might never have landed in Normandy because without the Eastern Front, Hitler had the man power to defend. Japan would have had at least another nuclear weapon dropped on it (the Russian invasion of Machucko was the actually the final nail in the war, despite what any one told you about the atomic bomb.) So yeah, let's pretend those things didn't happen. |

In the past, having a sense of shame about this kind of thing might have led to his ouster. However, this is Trumpworld now. Things like what he's said won't get him fired; they'll make Trump supporters more rabid about keeping him on.
If he started sounding sane, then yeah, he'd be let go for not being enthusiastic enough. |
