The human flesh you crave, at prices you can afford!

quote [ Kanye West
Always push the boundaries in taste

The Kanye Salami will pull no punches: heavy, and boldly flavored, pure Kanye West meat will blend with rich, coarse-ground pork. Hungarian paprika and worcestershire give Kanye an underlying smokiness, spiced up with hints of jalapeno. The Kanye Salami is best paired with strong straight bourbon. ]

I would love to see videos of celebrities eating their own salami. It'd be the voyeuristic voraphillic version of autofellatio. Fine epicurean cannibalism, yum :)

I could totally see this actually happening, but as I understand it, one of the problems with cultured meat is that cells will only reproduce so many times, known as the Hayflick limit. A human fetus cell will only split between 40 and 60 times before it stops and eventually dies. An adult celebrity's cells will already have used up most of their Hayflick divisions.

One of the things that makes Henrietta Lacks' cells so special is that they have mutated in a way that completely overcomes that limit. It would probably be easy to grow enough of her for food purposes, but then you'd basically be eating cancer, and I doubt many people would be into that.

Seems like the most ethical meat to eat would be that grown from your own cells, or, perhaps those of your children.

"... the Hayflick limit."

Or by the Comics Code, "the Hayfuck limit" which is kinda what I said, without knowing that (spooky music)

There's a long tradition of spoof cannibal websites.
I think manmeat was an old one (it's since changed subjects)
