So it was only used for exteriors? But not interiors? If I buy it it wont have the same kitchen where Alice would cook and make eyes at Sam the butcher? Because I liked that kitchen. And I couldn't move into the den like Greg did in his 'Groovy' phase? If it has the den and the kitchen I'm interested.

Hasn't been renovated or upgraded since 1974.
Termites, multiple cracks in the slab, old aluminum wiring going into Zinsco panels, single paned windows, asbestos and plumbing issues. Not to mention all the expired building codes, and will definitely need to update the bathrooms and kitchen as well If you can avoid a bidding war on a high-profile property, that's about 30-50 to take care of all of that. I'd probably have a final of 1.75, get a 3 year low-rate adjustable for it. Yeesh - that's a lot of work for pocketing maybe 50-60 after taxes. |
