Yup, and that's,"if it's in writing." I'm guessing he prefers cartoons with minimal word balloons. He also doesn't want to be reminded of things he's already been told in previous briefings. Apparently he has such an amazing memory that he can keep all the details of running the US as well as the geopolitical situation of the rest of the world in his head at once, all the time. He really must be, "like a smart person"!
