I think you're missing the point. The goal of this person doing the raping or burger eating has nothing to do with eating or raping; it's trolling the other person. It could be someone eating a chocolate chip muffin and dropping most of it on the ground on front of someone who is very hungry or throwing trash on the ground in front of someone who hates littering.
It's not the act itself, it's being a dick to make someone else mad.
