This is not a viable machine to use in any restaurant. It has one..no two presupposes to intimate employees ...see we can even replace the cook with a machine.Know your place and take what you are given..be grateful for it .
The other it is a pretty cool thing to build I would have loved it...doesn't do the job that is needed but it is cute.

I wish I could have shown everone the catering machine the catering company when I worked for had
40 feet long would run a cage big enough to hold either two chicken Brest or two bone in pork shops...held in a basket on a convenor that would slowly move down the belt over a charcoal fire and at the end run it through a pan of sauce at the end turn it over and run it down the line on the other sided then another dunk a the other end.and back perfectly cook and sauced...best barbq ever load it up turn in on...drink a beer wait and unload it 100, smoke /grilled porkchops or chicken breast .
How big was the party,,,run her again...off to the wedding or birthday celebration
