How many viewers does Fox news still have? The have went from an Conservative advocate to a full Blown propaganda service of Trump and his ilk. (that is with the exception of Shep Smith & Wallace). That can not survive if the Democracy does.
There is a difference in local new's, the 5 o'clock New and cable News. It is true most people get their news from facebook...I wonder if that survives as a news source . People now look to individuals, corespondents, reporters, commentators not networks for their news now.
There need to be somebody to explain the news , put into a narrative for most people to follow....people like you and I will always dig a little deeper... well just because we don't trust people.
The thing I hoped above anything thing else for this internet machine was that is would facilitate a free flow of ideas between all peoples, even...no especially people like you and I that disagree...we need to work on a bullshit filter...But I still have hope, that's why I come here

See I didn't know that the guy who publishes this web page was a bag of nuts...I just saw a good study that showed the links between fascist governments around the world...and remember the news is the news and opinion is opinion but when the start to use provable lies as a basis for the news...they are propaganda not news. All news organizations make mistakes...the good ones admit it and try to correct it.
