Would any evidence be necessary if he were named Ahmed?
Of course it would.
The difference is that if his name was Ahmed, he could do a little race hustling, and shake down the US taxpayer for $15 million because his
feelings were hurt
These attacks aren’t being called terrorist attacks.
Because they were not terrorist attacks.
