I'm serious about that NATO question. our best and closest friend was just attacked with a weapon of mass destruction with a signature so specific as to be hand signed by the Kremlin...and this was the American Presidents response.

Trump did the opposite. Putin would have to personalty OK something like this...Must be feeling pretty smug right now.
