Baltimore schools are already #1 in the nation in per-student Administration spending ($1630/year/student for principals, high-income employees). Curious that your source left that statistic out.
Makes you wonder where all that money goes if they can't keep the heat on.

In all seriousness, this should give one questions when advocating for more taxes, larger government, and more Democrat dominated mono-party urban areas. Perhaps being misinformed makes me so curious.
