Nothing gives a white supremacist a raging boner like a good 'black on white' violence story, especially if it could be considered a 'hate crime'.
But at least here the perps got caught and face appropriate charges, so righteous indignation is denied.

They should be able to work the "New Black Panthers" into the story somehow.

Oh, there was already a huge attempt to tie it to Black Lives Matter - the hashtag #BLMKidnapping was trending on Twitter all night, and the posts there... well, I didn't read much, but what I read was more than enough. Chicago PD came out today and said there was no evidence of BLM involvement, so hopefully that'll shut that bullshit down some.

Well, it has as much to do with BLM as white supremacy has to do with the ascendance of God-Emperor Trump. Which is to say nothing, but apparently it's fair game anyway.

Gentle reminder that the unsimmerable George Zimmerman was also caught, charged, and received justice, but that didn't prevent a cottage industry from springing up (on both sides of the issue) trading up on the outrage generated.

FWIW, I'm not a big fan of hate crime legislation in general. Outlawing emotion has all the potential for success as ordering the tide not to come in.

Gentle reminder that Zimmerman did not, in fact, receive justice- having been acquitted, and was also never charged with a hate crime. So it could be argued that the outrage generated was understandable and justified.

Now we see who the deplorables are.

If someone who actually gave a shit posted this, I might have given it +1 Sad or +1 WTF.
