I'm reserving judgment for now on what happened until evidence comes out, but I will say, very cynically, that we didn't lose a Rhodes scholar here. Dude was a flat out criminal, but it doesn't mean he deserves what happened. Unless he really did try to grab the cop's gun, in which case Darwin just sighed from his grave.

That's the right stance to take, imo, so maybe you should be worried. Of course, even though the Ray Tensing video showed Sam Dubose trying to either drive off while Tensing's arm was in the car (charitable interpretation) or run Tensing over (a more likely interpretation, given that Dubose supposedly had two pounds of weed and $2600 in cash in the car), some people still refuse to believe their own lying eyes.
