A 2001 Disney film had a character smoking cigarettes and giving advice to someone about their crumbling marriage:

Oh expect tobacco since plain packaging laws where passed. Oh a use by date may be on the clear plastic that contains the plain package with a brand name.

Ask any smoker though some of those brands just taste like stall off tobacco and that ain't right to smoke. But hey fuck'em. (and it ain't that hard to repackage products out-date into a new cheap brand and re-seal and re-sell??? But no one would do that right?)
