Ed Schultz, MSNBC Broadcaster And Radio Personality, Dead At 64

quote [ After making a name for himself as a radio and TV personality in Fargo, North Dakota, in the early 1980s, Schultz went on to host a show on MSNBC, a show on RT America and a daily podcast. ]

I always liked Ed, tho he sometimes got way over his skis.

Lucky bastard. Doesn't have to hear one more word about Trump.

On a serious note though - Eddie was the one who originally raised the alarm about what was happening in white, working-class America, when he was broadcasting back in the Air-America days. Perhaps if the Dems had paid attention to him, we wouldn't be looking at the current mess in DC right now.

The first time I heard this blow hard on the radio I called the station and asked what the hell such a rabid America hating person could be allowed on the radio. this being an Armed Forces Network (AFN) radio station overseas, the DJ stated that due to the "equal time" rules they had to allow a Liberal on the radio as they already had Conservatives. I think I threw up in my mouth a little as I heard this guy denegrating the country I was then serving. Good fucking riddance to the slime.

Unsure where you are from, but during my time in the service of this Nation i visited over 26 countries. I never once found one that i would consider leaving this country to live in. And to hear some loud mouth slam the country I was serving and that I love.....too much. For all its faults, there is no other place on this earth I would live.
