It seems for commercial use you can contact them, but I don't see any published rates.

Looks like it's $5 per individual sound, very reasonable, or you can buy a monthly plan and download a batch of sounds for cheaper. |

"Several men snoring less hilariously", "Standard orgy with smashing glass, screams, footsteps and whipping sounds", and "Wild boars having tea" are some of my favorite early Pink Floyd numbers!
