Why It’s More Important To Be An Ethical Omnivore Than A Vegetarian

I live in a 720 sq. ft. condo now and I have a small chest freezer that I keep salmon that I've caught, portioned and vacuum-sealed. I've contemplated doing the coup cow thing but I just don't eat that much meat anymore. I prefer to go out for steaks etc. because they're so much better than what I can do myself.
