On that we agree, which is exactly why I don't believe Berkeley is responsible for close captioning them.
However, I do have the right to it's access and if a private, third party did not mirror it it would have been de facto removed entirely from the internet. I understand they are different concepts, Sanepride, however they are intimately entwined in this scenario.
