Going by your post about the Pittsburgh police they are going after him under a signage ordnance law as well. So while this guy wants to get out his message with zero context, he is now wracking up a bill he will have to pay. Parker in his bumbling attempt at protest over his own problems is now being used foil to use by everyone else with an agenda. Dalillama is guilty of eating this hook line and sinker.
