OK as soon as I saw this image I thought there's no way this can be what it initially looks like. It's either a protest, a troll, or some kind of art project.

The home’s African-American resident, Alonzo Parker, says he is making a statement about society’s treatment of black people. Parker, in an exclusive interview with this newspaper, said he began displaying the sign to protest the outcome of a civil suit in which he was involved. Parker said the sign was meant to express his dissatisfaction with the way African-Americans are treated in society.
