How many people does it take regarding "women as a commodity, or somehow 'asking for it' by appearance or behavior" for it to become a cultural item vs an issue that needs to be addressed towards the small minority of people that view them that way. Hockey is a Canadian culture. I don't think rape is a Canadian culture. Rape is an issue that we as a culture are working stopping but it in no way is part of our definition as a country or people.
