I've been walking past Fulcrum at Liverpool Street in London since I moved here in '91, it's a pretty amazing piece when you stop to look at it.

I've been walking past Fulcrum at Liverpool Street in London since I moved here in '91, it's a pretty amazing piece when you stop to look at it.
They moved it once - downwards I think - when they were redeveloping the area in the early '00s.
