There's no substantive difference between saying "maybe women just don't want STEM jobs" and saying "maybe black people just don't want to go to college".

There's no substantive difference between saying "maybe women just don't want STEM jobs" and saying "maybe black people just don't want to go to college". One is sexist, one is racist, they're both demonstrably false and discriminatory as hell.
