Could they have not gone from Pilot to Big Screen 20+ years later with Jack JR or something, roaming on a Sentient Mope going town to town looking for his father the Astronaut; find folk lore and stories mentioning their father and the odd half sibling :P. Oh yea some great coverage of some science major stuff topics or something, I just thought it was common knowledge.
