Hmm. In my state, the average settlement for a Wrongful Death of a minor is only about $4 million. Seems like Wrongful Arrest should call for something significantly lower.

Hmm. In my state, the average settlement for a Wrongful Death of a minor is only about $4 million (and significantly less if it involves auto insurance). Seems like Wrongful Arrest should call for something significantly lower.
