The simulator is useless. I know someone that went to Med School and was giving exams in his first month. When asked about it, he said, "It's amazing what people will let you do when you're wearing a white jacket." When someone comes in with a problem, there are enough people with problems that they learn very quickly what it should and shouldn't feel like.
