Man obtained copies through Freedom of Information Act and has spent the last 20 years scanning them. Now available online.
Kind of a pain to navigate. I searched my town for results. Came across two sightings in Germany and one in France. Far cry from Montana. Half the pdf was a Montana travel brochure.
