I just re-watched The Beast Master, which I first saw as an eleven year old child in the Cinema.
Ritual Suicide. Creepy eyeball rings. Rape. Pillage. Murder. Tanya Roberts breasts. Rip Torn's eyebrows. Branding. Impaling. Tanya Roberts breasts. Creepy man-absorbing bat creatures. Child sacrifice. Creepy boner-inducing witches. Priests putting luminous leeches in Death Guard's ears. Sexual assault. Oiled-up muscle-men. Magical caesarian sections. Creepy pubescent boy sword fighting in his undewear. Tanya Roberts breasts. These were the kind of things that were considered suitable viewing for children in the 1980s. That is why it was the greatest decade in history. |

Hmm, my Netflix app is only showing seasons 1 and 2, but they're like 26 episodes each. Still, at 11-12 minutes a pop, they go by fast.

Phht, you call that a hiatus? It took nearly a year and a half to get through the first season of Young Justice. They'd air one or two episodes and then it'd disappear for several months. Gravity Falls had the same problem.
