Cute, but the downside is that this 'personhood' bill will still likely go on to become law in NH. And while it may effectively shield women from prosecution for having abortions, good luck to them because it likely won't shield doctors. Also, such laws have been used to prosecute and imprison pregnant women with addiction problems. as opposed to trying to get them treatment.
