I'm no expert, but if you find this sort of thing interesting, there is the idea that the reason Jesus never wrote anything himself was because Jesus was just the teachings of Zoroaster presented as the teachings of a fictional Nazirite. If anything, it's kind of fishy that his birth is heralded by three Magi (Zoroastrian priests) following a single star (Zoroaster means "indivisible star" in Greek).
