I spent time looking at the thumb picture, trying to guage its size. The fractal nature of (well) nature meant that without somrthing to provide scale, it could be anything from the size of a beachball, to the Mirna open pit diamond mine.
I guessed smaller that the video showed it to be. |

Here's a shot of the same crater from another POV. Notice the people standing on the far edge. This shot is from a year earlier, before the crater had filled with water.
