Actually I'd give Rand just a little more credit than his dad in this area.
Otherwise, despite his being utterly humiliated by Trump during the campaign, he's probably quite happy about the whole 'America First', burn all the regulations rhetoric of the current administration. Aside from all the authoritarian stuff, it's the next best thing to his dad being president. |

While the legislature might not investigate, it's still a possible criminal matter that would be investigated by the FBI that could file charges?
