In Australia, and I imagine most hospitals in the NHS, we would move much faster. The conversation would tend to be "okay you are refusing this house. Thats the one available. You can either go there or to the street."
Or even "youve been blacklisted from.every accomodation due to your violent behaviour. We cant help you. You have social security. Go find a private rental. Off you go" Or if we were worried they didnt have capacity to make decisions, you can get a guardianship order in something like 8 weeks. |
