I wonder what the Representative would have to say if someone proposed a similar bill regarding the health and wellbeing of anti-abortion protesters?

If they were standing in an ooen public roadway, I would say that they need to be more concerned about their own health and well-being.

Seems pretty equal to me. Regardless of the 'cause' you are protesting, using your body to stop a moving vehicle is not exactly being conscientious of your own health. Abortion protestors should have just as much right to be run over as anyone else.

I don't know if ND has a 'personhood' law, but it's conceivable that someone could run down a pregnant protestor, and only be charged for killing the fetus.
