No way, no how. Not on a continent where the bleeding edge of medical care is "rape two babies and call me in the morning". Not on a continent where the frst thing Zimbabwean farmers did after taking over Rhodesian farms was sell the irrigation equipment for scrap metal. Human misery might very well quadruple, but not the population. |
