Most public figures that an individual is aware of will be older than that individual. So most of those figures will die during an individual’s lifetime.

By the time we’re old, we won’t know anything about those cyber-augmented holocelebs that the kids party with on the steam-VR brain dump tube. Except they’re not as good as Willie Nelson used to be.

Arguably some of the most famous people to ever exist are alive right now. The baby boomer generation was born at the right time where they where able to hog the most attention to the biggest audience available to the smallest amount of entertainment channels. Sure our grand-kids wont know our celebs but the way i see it their whole generation just wont have huge famous people who last decades into their lives, E-celebs seem to have like a 10 year shelf life at best.

I just noticed that in the thumb she's giving the Vulcan salute.
