I'm not sure if I would want a grizzly bear as my line manager, although it would still beat having Jeff Bezos.

All you need is wolverines to scare off the grizzlies, then import fur trappers for your wolverine infestation, and then poverty will take care of the trappers and they'll either freeze next winter or drown in a swamp when the ice stops forming. Problem solved.
