If a petty thief incorporates himself in Delaware, can he avoid also jail time for shoplifting by claiming it was the corporation that stole the candy bar? Can the thief then agree that the corporation will pay the fine? Can the corporation then declare bankruptcy and avoid the fine?
I mean, it seems like a lot to just steal a Snickers, but sometimes I'm really hungry. |
