Was just reading the attention merchants - about the birth of propaganda in the UK and US around WWI ... Gotta say, the US makes a lot more sense through the lens of kleptocracy with a superficial layer of propagandized partisan democracy. If this stuff was going on in the 70's ... when you add in all the additional wire tapping / technical capabilities - just think what the CIA must be up to these days!? |
