So I never took calculus... I understand the gist of his theory, maybe 60% of the actual maths involved. intriguing to say the least

If it does map to something he's got the resources to take advantage of it, but don't get excited until things actually come of it. I recall a similar enthusiasm from him about cellular automata 20 years ago.

Wolfram Alpha came highly recommended to me by a trusted source about 12 years ago as a method of cataloging something rather complex. But I could not make any sense out of it... because I'm me and he's wolfram. The structures are beautiful, though, right?
